Scott B. Herman
Scott is a lifetime Clevelander and proud Ohio State graduate. He brings over 35 years of steel experience to the Jade team and is a member of the Forging Industry Association and Hand Tool Institute.

Howard Fertel
Howard is Cleveland-born, attended The Ohio State University, and started at Jade shortly after graduation. He has been active in every facet of the business over his 30+ years with the company.

Dean “D.J.” Musarra
Dean has been in steel sales for over 20 years and drives success for his customers by finding the right solutions to fit their needs. At Jade he focuses on growing the company’s processing, machining and value-added service capabilities — and during downtime he enjoys lake life with his family.

Robb Nardy
Robb has spent his career with Jade focused on maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers and processors in the industry. He is a graduate of John Carroll University and spends his time away from work with family, friends and traveling.

Matthew Griswold, CPA
Matt is a graduate of John Carroll University and spent 9 years at accounting & consulting firm Cohen & Company, Ltd. before transitioning to his current role as CFO at Jade Steel in 2019.
